The night before........................

This is my first post on a new blog site called Wix. I really like it. I hope that you follow my posts about my upcoming adventure to the Pacific aboard the R/V Atlantis and the deep diving submersible ALVIN.

This is going to be an awesome experience.

So I wanted to let everyone know that I purchased a brand new phone tonight. For those of you who know me, you realize that this is a huge deal. The reason? Not to try to keep up with the new technology, but instead to keep up with my kids sports events and talk to Molli. It seems that my flip phone is not able to travel out of the country any more.

Now my friend Bump can let me know how Will is doing in baseball or how Marlee is playing lacrosse. Wow!

Tomorrow I am headed to the Philadelphia Airport where we will catch a flight to Miami and then to San Jose, Costa Rica.

I better get packing. Talk to you tomorrow.
